

The Innocent Fair
The Innocent Fair is a nostalgic documentary film from 1962. The film features original 1915 nitrate footage of the Panama-Pacific International Exposition showing the the Palace of Fine Arts, Fountain of Energy, Palace of Machinery, Tower of Jewels, President Taft, Fatty Arbuckle, Art Smith, Charlie Chaplin, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Luther Burbank and Mabel Normand. The film is narrated by Walter Johnson, a noted San Francisco businessman and philanthropist whose contributions to the preservation of the Palace of Fine Arts ensured the endurance of the iconic San Francisco landmark.
